Welcome to Codeyos. When you use the Codeyos website you are agreeing to follow the Codeyos rules. The Codeyos rules are listed below. It is an idea to read the Codeyos rules carefully before you start using the Codeyos services.
1. Definitions
"Codeyos": The platform/marketplace operator.
The person who creates an account to upload and sell products is called an Author or Seller. This is anyone who registers to upload and sell products. They are the ones who make digital products available for others to buy.
A buyer is someone who buys things from the marketplace. They are the people who actually purchase these products from the marketplace. The buyer is the one doing the buying of products, from the marketplace.
"Product/Item": Digital assets including PHP scripts, WordPress themes, plugins, and source codes.
2. Account and Eligibility
To use this site you have to be at 18 years old. This site is for people who are 18 years old or older. If you are not 18 years old you can still use this site if you have capacity. The site is, for people who're 18 years old or have legal capacity to use the site.
You have to keep your account credentials secret. It is your job to make sure nobody else finds out what they are. You need to be careful with your account credentials and not tell anyone what they are. This is very important, for the security of your account.
Codeyos has the right to check the identity of any Author or Buyer at any time. Codeyos can do this whenever they want to make sure everything is okay, with the Author or Buyer. This is something that Codeyos can do with any Author or Buyer.
3. Licensing and Intellectual Property
When you buy something you get the right to use the product in a way depending on the kind of license you pick. The license you get is not exclusive, to you it means the seller can sell the product to other people too. Buyer Rights are important because they tell you what you can and cannot do with the product after you buy it. As a Buyer you should know what kind of license you have so you can use the product the way it is meant to be used.
The people who write something the authors, get to keep the rights to the things they create. This means that authors have control, over their work. Authors retain the rights to their work, which is the work they came up with on their own.
So when you buy something from us you need to remember that you cannot sell it again or give it to someone. You also cannot share it with anyone unless the license we give you says it is okay to do this. The license is, like a set of rules that tells you what you can and cannot do with the product you buy from us. We do not allow resale, redistribution or sharing of any product that you purchase unless the license says you can.
4. Payments, Fees, and Payouts
When it comes to security the company uses ways to handle payments. All payments are processed through third-party gateways like PayPal and Stripe. This means that the company does not handle payments directly instead it uses PayPal and Stripe to make sure that payments are secure. The company uses these third-party gateways, such, as PayPal and Stripe to process payments.
Commission: Codeyos works in a way that it does not take any commission so Authors get to keep all the money they earn except for what the payment gateway charges them for handling the transaction. Codeyos really does not take any commission all, which is good, for Authors because they get their full earnings after the gateway fees are taken out.
Payouts: When Authors earn money they can ask for it when they have reached the smallest amount of money that the platform says they need to have. Authors have to get to this amount before they can get their money from the platform.
Chargebacks: If someone tries to do a chargeback or dispute that will get their account suspended right away and it will be closed forever. The company does not want people to do chargebacks so they will suspend the account immediately if they find out about it. This means that the person will not be able to use their account because the company will close it permanently. This rule is, in place to protect the company from people who try to do chargebacks. Chargebacks are taken seriously and the company will not tolerate any fraudulent activity so they will suspend the account right away.
5. Refund Policy
Eligibility for a refund is only given if the item is not working properly it is not what you were told it would be or the Author does not give you the help they said they would. Refunds are only given for these reasons:
* the item is technically broken
* the item does not match the description
* the Author fails to provide the promised support, for the item.
If you buy something and then you decide you do not want it that is not an enough reason to get your money back. You will not get a refund if you do not know how to use the software or if it does not work with your computer. Refunds are not given for software incompatibility. If you lack the technical knowledge to use the software. The software incompatibility and lack of knowledge are not reasons, for a refund.
When you want a refund you need to ask for it within a time. This time is usually between 7 to 14 days after you bought something. You have to make sure you ask for the refund during this time, which starts from the day you made the purchase. The refund requests must be submitted during this timeframe so it is like a deadline, for the refund.
6. Content Guidelines and Liability
The authors are the ones who have to make sure the products they upload are legal and work properly. The authors have to check the products they upload to make sure they are legal and functional. This is something the authors have to do on their own.
Codeyos helps people buy and sell things. It does not take responsibility for any problems that happen when you use something you bought on the Codeyos platform. Codeyos is, like a middleman. It is not responsible if something goes wrong with the products you buy from the Codeyos platform. You use the products you buy from Codeyos at your risk. Codeyos does not guarantee that the products sold on the Codeyos platform will work properly.
We give you the Products as they are. There are no promises or guarantees of any kind when you get the Products.
7. Termination of Use
We have the right to stop or completely end any account that does not follow these rules or if someone is trying to cheat or hurt users of the website. If someone is found doing something, like this we will stop their account. We do this to protect our users and make sure everyone follows the rules.
8. Governing Law
The rules of this platform will be guided by the laws of the place where the platform does its business. The laws of the place where the platform operates will decide what these terms mean. The platform is talking about the laws of the jurisdiction where the platform operates.
