Codeyos License Terms

When you buy assets like PHP scripts or WordPress themes or mobile app source codes from Codeyos.com you do not actually own them. Codeyos.com is just giving you permission to use these assets. This permission is called a license. The license for these assets, including PHP scripts and WordPress themes and mobile app source codes says you can use them but you cannot sell them to someone else. You have to follow the rules that come with the license, for PHP scripts and WordPress themes and mobile app source codes.
Types of Licenses
1. Regular License
The Regular License is for people who are working on projects or commercial projects where the final product is something that users can get for free. This type of license is really useful for projects, like that. The Regular License is a choice when the end product is free for users to use.
Single Project Use: Allowed for one (1) single personal or commercial project.
People who use the product, like a blog or tool do not have to pay to use it. The people who make the product cannot charge the end users for using the product. This means that the end users get to use the product for free.
You can make changes to the item to make it work better for you. The item can be modified in any way you like to fit your needs. This means you have the freedom to customize the item.
You are not allowed to sell the item or give it to someone else. You also cannot change the item. Then sell it or give it away. The item is only for you to use you cannot share the item or a modified version of the item with others.
2. Extended License
If you want to sell something that uses the product you need to get the Extended License. This is because the Extended License is for people who plan to charge their users for the end product. You have to get the Extended License if you are going to make people pay for something that includes the product. The Extended License is necessary, in this situation.
You can make money from Commercial Monetization. This is allowed for one project. This project is where people pay to use it. For example it could be a website that people pay to use, like a SaaS platform or a special app that people pay for.
The thing that is really cool, about this is that it includes rights. This means it has all the permissions that you get with a License.
You are not allowed to share the source code with people or sell it to them even if you have a special license that lets you use it for more things. The source code is just for you to use. You cannot give it away or resell it as a template.
Rights and Restrictions

You are not allowed to use the item to make a service that competes with the author or Codeyos. This means you cannot create something that's similar to what the original author or Codeyos is already doing. The item is meant to be used in a way that does not harm the business of the author or Codeyos. You have to think of a way to use the item so that it does not compete with the original author or Codeyos. The main goal is to make sure that the original author or Codeyos is not affected by what you do, with the item.
Ownership & Intellectual Property
When you buy something from Codeyos, the people who created it the authors, still own it completely. They still have all the rights to their work. What you are actually buying is the right to use it you are not buying the copyright itself. The authors on Codeyos keep all the intellectual property rights over the things they make. Your purchase is, like a permission to use their work it does not mean you now own the copyright.
Support, Updates, and Refunds
Support: Provided at the author's discretion and may vary per item.
Refunds: When you want your money back we follow the rules that are written in our Refund Policy.
If you do not follow these rules your Facebook account or Instagram account or any other account can be closed away and the company can take you to court for breaking the rules of the account, which is the same as saying the company can take legal action, against you for violating the terms of the account.
