All items sold on Codeyos are governed by our license terms. By purchasing or downloading any item, you agree to the applicable license outlined below. These licenses define how you can use the product in your personal or commercial projects.

1. Overview of Licenses

Products sold on Codeyos are covered under two main license types:

• Regular License – For personal or client use in a single end product that is not sold or monetized.
• Extended License – For use in a single end product that can be monetized, redistributed, or sold.

2. Regular License

This license allows you to use the item in one single end product (website, app, etc.), for yourself or a client, and the end product cannot be sold or charged for access.

You can:

• Use the item in one project for personal or client use
• Modify or customize the item
• Use in commercial environments (non-monetized)

You cannot:

• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the item
• Use the item in a SaaS or commercial tool
• Use the item in multiple projects without additional licenses

3. Extended License

This license allows you to use the item in a single end product which can be sold or monetized (e.g., templates, SaaS platforms, apps, client tools).

You can:

• Use the item in one monetized or paid product
• Distribute the end product for a fee
• Use in a SaaS platform with end-user access

You cannot:

• Resell or distribute the item itself as-is
• Use the item in more than one end product
• Claim exclusive rights to the item

4. One License = One End Product

Each license applies to a single end product only. If you want to use the same item in multiple projects or for multiple clients, you must purchase additional licenses.

5. Modification Rights

You are allowed to modify, adapt, or build upon the item. However, the modified version is still subject to the license rules (e.g., no redistribution under Regular License).

6. Support & Updates

Each purchase includes limited-time access to item updates and optional author support, depending on the item listing. Support may include bug fixes, documentation help, and usage guidance.

7. Unauthorized Use

Unauthorized distribution, resale, or replication of Codeyos items (even if modified) is strictly prohibited and may result in license termination and legal action.

8. Refunds & Disputes

Licenses are non-refundable once the item has been downloaded, unless the item is faulty or not as described. Please review our Refund Policy for more details.

9. Intellectual Property

Authors retain full intellectual property rights to their items. Purchasing a license grants you usage rights only, not ownership of the item.
